Learning Outcomes

1.) Critique own Instrument and associated equipment with regard to effective , safe operation, current selection and future personal development.
1.1-

You should be aware of strumming from the side and not from the bottom otherwise the key will change.

You should clean your hands before playing every single time, so the strings last longer.

You should let your finger nails grow. That is also better for the strings when you do picking, but also sounds better and don't have to use a plectrum anymore.

You shouldn't tune the guitar just like you want it. The risk is, to go higher each time what makes the strings to tight and they got brake.

1.2- I bought a Spanish Alhambra guitar with mixed strings, nylon and a special Spanish string metal, what makes this guitar the best one I've ever played so far. I bought it for 500€.
I have a few tuners for my guitar but never used one in my whole life, because I always know the tone of the top string, so I can just tune the rest of the guitar. How I normally do it, is to play the top string on the 5th fret, so you can hear how the string below should sound like. On the 4th string you have to play it on the 4th fret.
There is only one classical guitar which I like more than the one that I have now. It is also an Alhambra, but is made out of better wood. My one is made out of tropical wood. When you travel to another country you always have to bring the recite with you because without it you can't transport this guitar to other countries anymore.

2.) Understand how to develop instrument-specific technique appropriate to performance at this level. 2.1a -

The way how I would describe my guitar playing skills, is that I am more than confident in picking but I should improve special skills like the slap base. I think this skill is the most important one.
It defiantly makes songs more attractive. I think the best music, combined with slap bases is Pop. I can play only one song at the moment with slap bases in it, but it took me weeks to learn it.

2.1a - I will defiantly improve with the slap base in the future, because I want to do it in the song I compose at the moment. I think the fastest way to improve in it, is when you go trough a song continually and you should defiantly feel confident quickly.

3.) Know how to review progress in instrumental techniques and identify strengths and areas for development.
